SitiPDF is a fully offline application. When you use SitiPDF:

  • Your PDF documents are processed locally on your Mac
  • No files are uploaded to any server
  • No personal information is collected
  • No usage analytics or tracking is performed
  • No cookies are used

2. Data Processing

All PDF operations in SitiPDF—including editing, annotating, merging, splitting, encrypting, decrypting, and converting—are performed entirely on your device using local processing.

Your documents never leave your Mac. There is no cloud processing, no temporary uploads, and no server-side operations.

3. Data Storage

SitiPDF only accesses files that you explicitly select through the file picker or drag-and-drop interface. The app stores:

  • User preferences: App settings such as theme preference and default export options are stored locally on your device
  • No document storage: SitiPDF does not retain copies of your documents

4. Third-Party Services

SitiPDF does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

If you download SitiPDF from the Mac App Store, Apple may collect certain information as described in Apple's Privacy Policy. This is handled by Apple, not by SitiPDF or VSG Labs.

Since all processing occurs locally on your device:

  • Your documents are protected by your Mac's built-in security features
  • Encrypted PDFs you create are secured with industry-standard encryption
  • No data transmission means no risk of interception
